Not seen any Tozawa in a while. I really enjoyed Hero's match with Elgin, but was pretty disappointed with the Strong match and the FCW match with Tyler. For a guy who just got signed by WWE, he doesn't come across as very motivated.

    Probably won't vote here.

Love Tozawa but Hero's simply a smarter and more well-runded worker. If Tozawa worked more regularly, I could see his act getting old.

I forgot this is only counting Tozawa's united states matches. I think I might vote Tozawa because he was great while Hero before his absence was frustrating as hell to watch.

Hero's last PWG match against Willie Mack was a fucking war.

Hero was frustrating? I'm guessing you mean in ROH? Otherwise, I don't quite follow.

Hero I think outside of his match with Mack was one wrestler that made me want to pull my hair out. His matches with Claudio were annoying. I can dig matches that are long and I freaking love limb work but Hero seems to do this shit because it automatically = epic match. It doesn't especially when you seemingly drag mat wrestling FOREVER and do silly "Look what I can do" contests. Bored me to tears. Then Hero goes for some weird count out victory psychology which doesn't make sense since Claudio is the champ who has been the notable heel in this match and the worst part about it is HE WAITS THE 19 SECONDS! That makes sense for a CHALLENGER to do.

Both the matches were alright and I'm more than likely to forgive the first one(Although someone should of made the call to end the match sooner). The anti climatic finishes and the crowd that had lost the ability to care also hurt those matches as well. Then came the Young Bucks vs. KOW which Claudio was great in but everyone else apparently missed the memo it was KOW's last match....or at least Hero did. I honestly just continue believing Claudio/Generico was Claudio's last match considering how bad it was. There probably were some more great contests by Hero out there that year but the only one that I can think of that took place in PWG is Tozawa vs Hero.

The funny thing is that with the exception of Hero vs Willie Mack from BOLA (Not Hero's fault), I thought all of Hero's matches for PWG in 2011 were at least good. The majority of them were great. Hero vs Claudio was pretty damn awesome with their EIGHT match being a PWG MOTYC. You could even throw in Hero vs Tozawa and KOW vs Steen/Tozawa in the PWG MOTYC basket as well.

Eh, I thought Willie Mack looked pretty bad in his BOLA match against Hero. He just looked like a rookie out there. His later match against El Generico was leagues better. Once Willie met Hero again at Fear, he was definitely on his game.

I think Tozawa has been great! I loved his matches in Dg USa and his PWG ones that i saw. This one was close.
ROH 2003 - end of 2008 = best years of wrestling ever
