I'm hoping the title race is sewn up by about 6pm Sunday!

If United win and City don't, it would certainly seem like too much to overcome.

    And he scores goals...!

The table is looking really good right now. Arsenal and Spurs have tough games this weekend too. Bolton on Monday at home should be a fifth win in a row. We're hitting top form at just the right time.

    Cisse's second was so good.

Looking at this weeks fixtures I wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea, Arsenal & Spurs all drop points somewhere.

I fully expect Albion to **** up against Blackburn tomorrow to give everyone a shaky end to the season.

And looks like it's the battle of two of the worst managers of the year at Anfield

Re: Premier League Discussion April 6th-11th

Well I didn't see that win coming, but I'll take it. We were fully in control in the first half and deservedly took the lead, but we really took our foot off the gas in the second half. Rovers should of easily got it back to 1-1, but Foster was in fine form to deny them, and we took our chances when they came. Fortune was motm, he was immense up front and deserved his goal.

That should be us safe for another year of Premiership football, our best run in the top flight for nearly 30 years. Now all we need to do is finish above the Villa, 5 points clear as it stands.

Bring on Man City on Wednesday

Liverpool fans must be delighted to see their team got a point today against the out of form Aston Villa at Anfield. The funny thing is, I'm being sincere!

I would love it so much if they didn't even finish in the top half of the table!

    And he scores goals...!

    Fooking West Brom!!!

I backed a draw, draws in the Tottenham & Liverpool matches won me some vcash though(Everton & Bolton also let me down).

Hopefully Stoke also get me some money.

    WOOOO WE DIDN'T LOSE!!

Seriously though I had to turn that match off after Villa scored. The thought of us spending £110m or so in the summer and maybe not even finishing in the top half makes my stomach curl.

As long as Liverpool beat Everton, the recent form means nothing at all. The league means nothing to them.

Disappointed that Chelsea got a late winner, Spurs dropped points though. A win for City tomorrow will make a good weekend for us.

    Pride?

It could cost Kenny his job too.

Yeah, pride should be a motivating factor for them, but apparently not.

I think Kenny is gone unless he wins the FA Cup. Hell if he finished 7th, I think he should be gone if he doesn't win the FA Cup. There's no justification for spending so much and not even competing for a Champions League place.

Re: Premier League Discussion April 6th-11th

Personally I don't even think winning the FA Cup should be enough to save him but I'm sure it would be. I think he might get another year even if they don't win it purely because of who he is, plus the fact they did win their first cup since 2005 or whatever.

Can't wait for United to do what they want in an hour or so

    And he scores goals...!

We're United we bribe whichever refs we want!

Offside and not a foul. Tough for QPR who seemed to have started ok too.

    And he scores goals...!

Mark Hughes can't catch a break there.

I don't think QPR stood much of a chance anyway, but that certainly speeds up the process.
