Another competitive game for the Gunners. They have to be carrying a lot of momentum after stunning the Spurs with a comeback. I could see Wenger's men fighting off Liverpool for a small margin win.

As for us, I'm hoping we can take advantage of the Spurs' blown chance and get a win to further increase the second and third place point differentials.

I can honestly say that I have never had anything I would call a bad blowjob, that wasn't a great experience but up until I started gushing blood I was having a great time!

I have honestly given up trying to expect anything out of the Gunners. At its best, the side is close to good enough to hang with the best in the Prem. But they are outstandingly inconsistent. I could see a 5-0 Gunners win, a 5-0 Liverpool win, or anything in between.

With the England job still looming over Harry's mind I don't know how Spurs will hold up against United. Especially since we have struggled to get a result against them in recent seasons.

They have the momentum of the Spurs comeback but we have the momentum from the cup win. Both teams have it all to play for. Id like to say a draw will occur but it don't the only draw from the top 7 thus far was what Pool/Man U? Unless I'm Forgetting some matches.

Man U Vs Spurs will also be am interesting game to watch. Hopefully spurs can bounce back from sundays loss.

After dropping points to Wolves, we need to win the derby to have any hope of catching up to Arsenal/Chelsea, especially since Arsenal will probably drop points (and who knows what Chelsea will do).

City have currently won 18 home league games on the trot, which only 6 team have ever done in top flight football. If we win this weekend we will have gone a full season, the current record is 21 held by Liverpool sometime in the 70's.

    Here's our remaining home games.

    Bolton
Chelsea(likely to be postponed as it is the same weekend as the cup quarter finals)
    Sunderland
    West Brom
    Man United

I saw that theory in the shoutbox and it was so awful I'm not surprised you don't want to repeat it.

Shouldn't that apply to the Man Utd players though, as well as the players who are on the away team? The Man Utd players are playing in the same stadium. I have to admit I don't like Eastlands as a stadium but I think it's a lame argument. Maybe teams just have more hope when they go to Old Trafford compared to visiting Man City because of the latter's imperious home form?

Weren't Man Utd unbeaten at home last season? Was there some kind of building development going on on the stadium which made it not quite as nice so the away teams weren't as motivated? Or maybe Man Utd just haven't played as well at home this season compared to last season.

I didn't see it but judging from the shoutbox but from those posts I'm guessing Tommy said that City's form is down to teams not feeling as motivated to go there and win because they don't have a rich history? Sounds like kinda a lame theory if you ask me and kinda discredits City's efforts.

Not sure what your point about the United players was.
I think my point was quite obvious. Based on your argument, shouldn't the Man Utd players be motivated for the same reasons, seeing as they are actually playing for this 'amazing club with such a strong history' and this 'iconic stadium' is actually their stadium?

I see what your saying Tommy but tbh it just feels like your trying to find any excuse to question City's success. While yeah the Atmosphere would feel different at somewhere like Old Trafford I don't think it would be significant enough for teams to become more lenient and laidback. Especially when you can see the quality City have.
