    WCF: World Championship fighting

A new era began when WCF first took centre stage. The best fighters in the world fighting in the best Fighting federation in the world.

Owned by MMA fan Harry Monsoon WCF is fast becoming the top MMA organisation. Monsoon had the vision of owning a MMA organisation, and after years of work Monsoon fulfilled his dreams. Based in England the WCF was born. 2005 was the start of the WCF, and now in August 2010 WCF is the largest MMA organisation in the world.

    Rules

The pen is a square. The sides are 8 foot of chain linked steel. The floor is a typical wrestling mat.

    5 minutes every round.
    Normal fights are 3 rounds
Main event fights(non title) are 5 rounds
    Title fights are 7 rounds.

    You can win by:
K/O: Knock your opponant out cold
TKO: Ref stops the fight because he thinks a fighter can't continue
Count out: If you are on the ground with nobody on you for 10 seconds.
Submission: Make your opponant tap out.
Judges decision: If none of the above have been done when time is up the winner will be decided by the judges. All 3 choose who they thought won the round. Whoever gets the most votes wins the round. Whoever wins the most rounds wins the fight.

In a tag fight you may tag in your partner 3 times during a round. The illegal fighter is not allowd to leave his corner or their team will be DQ'd. above and below rules apply.

You can use any method to win the fight with the exception of hitting or grabbing the family jewels.

    Divisions:
    They are 3 singles divisions

    Heavyweight: 225 and above
    Middleweight: 190-225
    Light-weight- 190 or less

    And 1 doubles division.

    Tag team

    Titles:
Inter-weight championship: The most prestigious title in the WCF. A title that can be won by any fighter from anyweight division. It's the only time 2 fighters from differant weight classes can compete against each other.

Heavyweight championship: The number 1 title in the heavyweight division. Only heavyweights can compete in this divsion

Middleweight Championship:The number 1 title in the Middleweight division. Only middleweights can compete in this divsion

Light-weight: The number 1 title in the Light-weight division. Only Lightweights can compete in this divsion

Thats the general info about my fantasy MMA organistation. Fighters will be posted tommorow.

    Re: WCF: World Championship fighting

Sky Sports sit down with With WCF Lightweight champion Jack chane ahead of his fight with Diego Lopez.

Q: How do you feel ahead of this weekends fight.
A: I feel confident as i have no fear. I don't fear anyone in this promotion. I think i can win, infact i know i will win.

Q: Diego is undefeated, and nobody has gone past the 1st round with him. Does that make you less confident than normal.
A: No. He hasn't faced any real opponants. I am his first test, and by the end of the fight he will relise what it is like to face a world class fighter.

Q: Diego Lopez has won every match by submission. Your fight style is mainly focused when you are standing up. How will you counter his submission style.
A: Easy. I won't go to the ground. I will stay standing and pumble him to death.

Q: Whats your prediction ahead of the fight
    A: My Prediction? PAIN!!!

This isn't bad so far, but it could use a little something extra, I'm not sure what it is. But by all means keep this going, cause as long as you keep posting you'll have me as a fan.

    Re: WCF: World Championship fighting

Mike Tyson has been talking to WCF.net , and he wasn't lost for words about Inter-weight champion Reggie Johnson.

" I have watched Johnson fight, and he can hit, but i get pissed off every time someone says he can't be Knocked out and he can knock anyone out inside 3 rounds. I believe that i can knock this big loaf of crap out, and i believe he won't knock me down. He has never fought a man like me, and that is why his record is perfect. But if he fights me, he will fight a real fighter. I want you Johnson."

Tyson's words have made his first opponent Kounta Koute very angry.

" This guy reckons he can just step into the pen and knock everyone around in the WCF. Let me remind him that this is not boxing. You can grapple and kick in this sport as well as punch. I intend to take Tyson to school when we fight, and give him a lesson of MMA.

We have heard nothing from Reggie Johnson as of yet but keep tuned as we will post his full words here.
