Will be very interesting to see who replaces Shakespeare.

Wonder if the Foxes can convince Allardyce or whether they will go for someone like Dyche?

I don't think Dyche would leave for Leicester in all fairness. I've seen people calling for Rafa...that won't happen either

Who do Leicester think they will get as a replacement? As soon as they have a bad spell, they'll get sacked. Owners are idiots, it's only October.

Well, let's be honest here, lads. Leicester were bookies favorites to win the Prem title again for a reason. And Mr. Shakespeare was clearly underperforming to that entirely reasonable expectation of OVERACHIVE MASSIVELY. So legit firing then, innit?

I'll put a fiver on Mr. Strachan and a tenner on Big Sam.

    Everton blinked first. Koeman sacked.

In news that will please Shock, Ryan Giggs has already said he'd be interested in taking over at Everton. I'd also be interested in winning the Euro Millions

Giggs is already practicing his most authoritative "run more" answer for the interview process.

    Re: Managerial Comings & Goings

So Slaven Bilic has been sacked from West Ham.

Aside from a couple of players they have a pretty average and/or ageing squad to be fair. Hernandez is their stand out player but he's been starved of decent service. Joe Hart had been beyond terrible. Fonte and Zabaletta look past it. Ayew isn't playing to the standard he's capable of. Lanzini is blowing hot and cold. Not an ideal situation really and I feel a bit bad for Bilic, who of course bleeds West Ham.

Davey Moyes is the favorite for the job. Couple be his last chance as resurrecting his career, after his United stint, his average spell at Sociedad and his failure at Sunderland.

Honestly fuck them if they appoint Moyes. We deserve nothing but the drop if that's the case. Some decent lads in the squad but zero bottle. Slav wasn't great but I like him and hope he gets another pop at a good level with a team of fighters.

    Re: Managerial Comings & Goings

I don't understand why any Premier League club with ambition would want Moyes at this point.

It's quite funny to see all these ex Allardyce clubs struggle because they thought they were better then what they had with him. If I was the Everton board, that's who I would target. Does the job and will keep you up. I'd be interested to see how he would do with some real financial backing too.

    Re: Managerial Comings & Goings

Moyes will probably do well at West Ham as it's a mid table club he can improve...plus it's only till the end of season deal....As for clubs overlooking Allardyce....Everton have supposedly made contact so time will tell.

Problem a lot of EPL teams have these days is they believe world class managers will join them, so they target them and miss out on managers who are most suited for the role. When you see people saying the likes of Ancelotti would go to Everton....realistically he wouldn't, but you get the picture.

    Re: Managerial Comings & Goings

I'm kinda torn on Moyes. I mean, he's been pretty awful since he took over at Manchester United and he was laughably bad in how pessimistic he was last year at Sunderland. Basically admitting they were going to be relegated from the first week of the season. But he was legitimately one of the best in the Prem at Everton. It seems like everything that has happened since has wiped that from everyone's memories, but I can see why that still entices clubs. I wouldn't be betting on him going back to that version of Moyes we saw at Everton, but....
