Fulham vs. Portsmouth posponed as I made the thread.

Chance of the Liverpool vs. Spurs game being called off too.

... and another game called off. Burnley vs. Stoke City.

I think only 5 will survive the weather.

    More on the weather:

And they might not be the last, after Liverpool submitted an official request to the Premier League to postpone Sunday's home game against Tottenham for safety reasons.

In a statement, Fulham explained that "following an inspection of the areas surrounding Craven Cottage on Friday morning it was deemed unsafe for fans to travel". The match at the Stadium of Light between Bolton Wanderers and Sunderland is also under threat after the city's Safety Advisory Group decided to hold a second meeting to discuss conditions in the area around the Stadium of Light.

The group's chairman Ken Scott told Sunderland's website: "It is too soon at this point to make a definitive decision regarding the status of the match. However, another meeting will take place today after which we will make a further announcement. In the meantime, we will continue to monitor the weather conditions and associated safety issues."

On the plus side, Wigan Athletic have assured their fans that Saturday's meeting with Aston Villa will definitely go ahead. The club's football secretary, Stuart Taylor, said: "Only freak weather between now and Saturday can prevent this game from going ahead."

The games at Arsenal, Birmingham City and Hull City are all set to go ahead provided the safety of spectators attending the fixtures can be guaranteed.

Really wish I could see Everton v Arsenal, Im anxious to see if Donovan sees the field, prob not...but its on Setanta anyways. I wish Fox would hurry up and buy them out already....

Villa needs to get back on track ASAP and get a win....

I think he'll play a part in the game. They had a press conferance with him yesterday, and because it's a short term deal I'd expect them to throw him in straight away.

Another match has been posponed. Sunderland vs. Bolton. At least the Bolton fans had a bit more warning about this game being called off!

Town didn't seem too bad today but it is all slushy snow and its just started snowing again so probably the right decision to call it off.

I'll be surprised if more than half of the matches are played this weekend.

Well at least it means we have more time to secure the deal with Maxi, so he will be ready to play. Having said that we know how Rafa is with new signings so he probably wont play anyway...

Maxi will make his debut by coming on in the last game of the season for 12 seconds as a preview of what he can do :D

Haha we shall be lucky if he gets that! But I do think he will play sometime this month, he has no reason not to play whilst Aquilani had an injury to recover from.

If anyone is keeping score, I'm now right. Phantom is aswell but one more game gets called off and he's gone.

    Re: Premier League Discussion 9/1, 10/1 & 11/1

    Team news is in:

Arsenal: Almunia, Sagna, Gallas, Vermaelen, Traore, Denilson, Diaby, Ramsey, Nasri, Eduardo, Arshavin. Subs: Fabianski, Rosicky, Vela, Silvestre, Merida, Eastmond, Emmanuel-Thomas.

Everton: Howard, Neville, Neill, Heitinga, Baines, Osman, Cahill, Fellaini, Pienaar, Donovan, Saha. Subs: Nash, Bilyaletdinov, Vaughan, Coleman, Duffy, Baxter, Mustafi.

Good to see both Ramsey and Donovan both starting. I'm gunna have to try and find a stream to watch the game.
