WWE expected to announce high-profile Wellness Policy violations?

WWE is expected to announce Wellness Policy violations by high-profile WWE wrestlers soon. WWE recently completed random drug testing and there will reportedly be some major names included on the list of 30 or 60-day suspension.

A WWE spokesperson told the U.K. Sun: "WWE continues to publicly announce performers who have been suspended due to contravention of the Talent Wellness Program." Link: U.K. Sun report.

WWE's Wellness Policy indicates the first violation results in a 30-day suspension. Second violation is 60-days. A third violation is subject to WWE releasing the wrestler from his/her contract.

According to WWE records obtained by the Torch earlier this year, following is the list of current, active WWE wrestlers with a history of Wellness Policy violations from May 2006 - October 2008.

Current WWE wrestler Wellness Policy violations
    -- William Regal (2 violations)
    -- Chavo Guerrero (2 violations)
    -- Jeff Hardy (2 violations)
    -- Randy Orton (1 violation)
    -- Jimmy Wang (1 violation)
    -- D.H. Smith (1 violation)
    -- Edge (1 violation)
    -- Charlie Haas (1 violation)
    -- John Morrison (1 violation)
    -- Gregory Helms (1 violation)
    -- Festus (1 violation)

So if you get the 3 strikes, then are rehired......Do you start at zero strikes again?

I know it sounds like a stupid question, but surely Jeff has racked up like 6 strikes over the years.

By reading that it seems like WWE has the option of firing them if they want. So it's leverage for them to fire the person. Al though if they kept the person after 3 strikes, and later got rid of them it would seem like they'd be subject to a lawsuit.

Orton. its why he got he lost the belt to Batista, even though Batista was injured, and why Triple H got the epic beatdown on him...

Edge will have strike 2. Why else would he not be the champ right now.

You think so? See, I'd think Orton would be one of the last people to be let go. But anything is possible.

I've never been able to understand how Chavo could get caught up in drugs considering what happened to Eddie. Meh, whatever...

Re: WWE expected to announce high-profile Wellness Policy violations?

Supposedly, the story out there is that WWE are using Batista's injury as an excuse to hide that he got suspended for a Wellness Policy violation. If you had a muscle tear, it would've been taped up, supposedly, but it wasn't... and then it was from something not so serious to something more serious. So some think it's an excuse to hide he got suspended.

I can't really imagine any other big names except Batista... tbqh, so hopefully it's not like guys like Randy, Edge, etc...

Yes, I have a GIF of two women kissing.
Yes, it's hot. Yes it's Megan Fox kissing another woman from Jennifer's Body. Yes, it's hot... owait, I already said that. Yes, I'm aware this makes me sound like a total lesbian. But this scene? UNF.

Lol ya the fact Batista isn't on that list is baffling to me. The guy looks beyond roided up.

No, I don't. But it would at least make that whole sequence of events make a bit more sense...

If it is Batista and the injury is a cover, that's pretty terrible. Sure he's getting suspended for the violation, but getting another title win before hand too? That makes no sense to me...

Do you guys think there aren't protected guys in WWE as far as the Wellness Policy? I don't know some of these guys looked really jacked up who aren't even on the list.
