The Uso vs New Day match was very, very good. It had excellent use of weapons, use of the cage and exciting action throughout the match.

Finn Balor vs AJ Styles might be the best main roster match of the year, which is insane given it was a short notice match.

Usos/New Day was good. I also really enjoyed McIntyre vs. Strong.

I can honestly say that I have never had anything I would call a bad blowjob, that wasn't a great experience but up until I started gushing blood I was having a great time!

Between Baylor/Styles and New Day/Usos for me.

Went for the tag HIAC in the end because of how unique it was and because I felt it was a massive moment for Woods.

Balor Vs Styles and New Day Vs Usos were the two that jumped out on the poll as the top contenders, and in the end I'd have to give it to the Bullet Club leaders clash. With New Day Vs Usos, as great as it was, there's still elements of it I didn't like (i.e. the goofy stuff with the trombones and gongs as weapons) where as Balor Vs Styles there's nothing I didn't like, it's one of the stand out WWE matches of the year and it was great to see Finn out of the WWE wrestlecrap environment for one night because that's where he thrives.

Re: WWE Match of the Month - October 2017

It was between the two Hell in a the Cell matches for me.

While I thought Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon was good, it did have a lot of problems in my opinion. The first half of the match with them inside the cell I found really slow and boring. Then, outside, while it picked up and had great moments. I was on the edge of my seat solely because they were on top of the cell. Then, the second major issue I had with it, was that both bumps we have seen before. Kevin Owens took a bump that Dean did a year ago, and Shane's jump was the same thing from WrestleMania. The other issue, and this is going to be nitpicking, was that things were obvious...and I get it, suspension of disbelief and all. However, if I go to the movies and there is something that is obviously green screened, I lose my immersion. The cell having the footholes cut out for them, the announce tables being padded, the airbags underneath and to a small extent Sami jumping the barrier (I saw him jump the barrier, didn't know it was him so still had the surprise factor), there was just nothing hidden and that took me out of the immersion of the match.

Therefore, I am going with New Day vs. The Usos. This match, also, had several botches throughout, but I was sports-entertained pretty much the entire match, and it still had great moments and great use of weapons. It seemed like none of the four men were holding anything back the entire match.
