I think this concept is being killed to death, with the Condemned and Death Race done before this, but this has more familiar faces, more unique concept.
Plus, MICHAEL C. HALL!!!!!

I don't think this is going to be trash. I like the idea, I really do. It seems thought out. However, I just feel it won't live up to my expectations.
Maybe I'm being biased because my new favorite actor, Michael C. Hall is in it. I mean, this movie really shows off his acting skills. He's a tweened psychopath for the good on Dexter, with a lot of wisdom and monologue. He plays it perfectly. He should own this movie with the role of a mastermind.
His accent is pretty ftw in this movie.

"Meh" was the exact reaction I had when seeing this trailer yesterday for the first time Murf. At first I wasn't sure if I had accidentally stumbled upon a remake of The Running Man. Very similar plots.
I'm predicting this film to be an absolutely massive flop. I really enjoyed Crank, but without Statham I can't see this film capturing too much at the Box Office.
