Bus turns right,car turns left.....accident.

Raw video,Oshawa,Ontario:TEXT FROM SOURCE;I was driving my bus on a nice Saturday afternoon. While in the middle of a right turn, a dumb ass decided to show off and make a left turn from the opposite direction in front of me. It didn't work. Notice how he thought about taking off? Since he ended up turning into opposing traffic to try and avoid me, he would have clipped another car had it not stopped well before the line. 1) She-cop wouldn't view video. 2) She-cop wouldn't take a report. 3) She-cop wouldn't charge the guy. 4) She-cop never even asked me what had happened. She only asked the offending driver. After I complained and sent the video to internal affairs, She-cop was censured and ordered to take a report. No charges could be laid by then. Bad cop! No doughnut! I'm guessing the other driver was a cop, too, but nobody ever confirmed one way or the other.
