A police officer is on unpaid leave after making a series of verbal threats to a driver. The entire incident was caught on a camera mounted in the driver's car.

I have never had to deal with a Cop like that in that video. It is safe to say though if I ever did I would be going to jail. I would never apologize to a Cop that was acting like that.
