She deserved it. All she was going to get was a speeding ticket but she put up a huge fuss. I dont get why people get such a fit over speeding tickets, that why you take the damn thing to court. Plus alot of people were complaining about the fact that the cop pushed her, but he claims he was keeping her away from the traffic. Sound reasoning if you ask me.
The question is did the Police Officer follow policy.
I think it is obvious he did not but he will get by with it anyway.
That is why some Cops are such complete douche bags because they know they can get by with it.

Tasers are not supposed to be used for unruly or loud or even violent. They are to be used if they are unruly or violent and you cannot stop them with regular means. It is the last resort before shooting them. Now if they Cops did not have tasers, do you think they would have shot her? I highly doubt it.
Fucking abuse makes the cops look bad.
What if she died from it? With all of the taser deaths recently and with her being 72, it is not unprobable. You think a little cockiness deserves death?
The truth is that this does nothing more than hurt the police force. First, it makes the cops look bad. Second, it makes tasers seem abused. Now we have all of these hippies fighting to ban tasers. If cops just used them responsibly, then there would be no discussion around banning them. If they get banned, then the cops will be less effective. And you can blame dickhead cops like this who decided to abuse their powers for it.
There was absolutely no reason to use it in this case.
