Needless to say, I am not happy about this.

This is really not good to bring up around election time.

All McCain has to do now is promise to push for a Constitutional Amendment defining marriage between a man and a woman and boom! He will be elected.

Suffy - Look at your life, then look at the life of a palastinian in the Gaza Strip your life is not depressing at all.

In a North American society there's almost no reason to be depressed when there is 1/5 of the world living on less than 2$ a day...think of that not spending more than 2$ a day for your entire life.

He voted against the federal marriage amendment that was proposed previously, which would have basically stated that marriage is only between a man and a woman. He has said in his speeches that recognizing gay marriages should be left up to the states.

Their is no way an Amendment such as that will ever pass so he will never be called on it.
