I really didn't read it all because the person who created that site is very much mis-informed and is trying to represent the Bible for what it is not. They are taking things way out of context.

To dignify that with a counter argument would be suggesting that they have a point and they do not.

This is the one I was most intrigued by, I have done no original research, but it's an argument you use a lot.

This United States is a country founded on Christianity. This is the biggest sack of horse shit and only an EXTREME MORON would believe something this retarded. The VERY FIRST AMENDMENT of the constitution is based on the Separation of church and state. The paramount reason why the forefathers came to this country was for religious freedom. They listed it as their top goal in forming America. Matter of fact most of the fore fathers weren’t even Christian, but deist, atheist and agnostic. I could site thousands of quotes which piss on this lie from Washington, Franklin, Jefferson, Paine, etc. but I shouldn’t need to, considering the reading of the constitution is a 4th grade curriculum requirement.

Again, I'm not attempting to attack you.

Most of these "quotes" he uses are from the old testament and taken out of context and meaning.

I find the whole thing highly offensive and won't waste my time reading this garbage when most of it is immoral rhetoric that borders on hatred towards Christians in general.

Arguing this site gives the assumption that there is validity to some of the statements posted when there is not.

I am assuming the guy that wrote this lives in his mothers basement counting his pokemon cards and playing his playstation.

America itself was founded by mostly Christian people. Their are numerous quotes referring to God by the Founding Fathers. Did they include it in the Constitution? No. But I think that the separation of church and state has been interpreted very differently than the founding fathers intended it to be. Back then most people were christian. It would never have been though that we would have so many religions in the U.S. today. Any one who looks at history can see that the U.S. was founded on Christian values.

This person actually has some good points if you check it out and read it it's obviously extremely biased but some of the things the person talks about regarding God and perfection is very interesting.
