Energy, The president who finally breaks us from our need to burn fossil fuels will go down as one of the greatest presidents ever. Why do you think we are in a war in the middle east in the first place, because we care about Kuwait and Iraq? Hell we seem to be able to turn the other cheek when the shit hits the fan in Africa. The fucked up thing is that we have the technology to eliminate the burning of fossil fuels yet our leaders seem to be dragging their feet in making the switch. P.S. This switch would also create a ton of short term jobs, ie, the production and setting up wind mills, and solar pannels. Unfortunately none of the viable candidates seem hell bent on reusable energy.

We need someone who will immediately bring home ALL troops on foreign soil and someone with a non-interventionist foreign policy or else we are going to end up with a war in Iran and a new draft.

The economy. Like Simon, we need more jobs created in America. Instead they are all being transferred to Mexico, Japan, China, India, or wherever else.

I'm with Jayman and Simon Economy is definitely at least a tie for Education I always feel the more you know, the better off you are.

The economy, more specifically taxation. I want plans and numbers, not "we need to lower taxes for the people!" That doesn't tell me a damned thing.

Energy is a close second, but I want to know what the candidates want to do, not the same kind of "we need to get off fossil fuel" rhetoric. Do you want to fund wind/solar/ethanol/hydrogen, what's your pet energy issue? Cause if you don't have one, you probably don't care enough to make it a priority for your administration.

The war is a cluster that I don't have an answer for. I have kickass health insurance. Immigration needs massive reform and I don't think anyone has a good solution yet. Abortion and other social issues should be state issues (yes, I like Ron Paul on that).
