Apparently, GOP front-runner Mike Huckabee thinks so, because he decided to bring up the "issue" on the campaign trail. Again he appears to be speaking on issues before thinking of the ramifications.

Unwed teen pregnancy is a touchy issue that I think should not come up as a topic so early in the campaign.

Especially when dealing with the Spears family.

Im not sure what he said that was wrong. I also agree that Jamie Lynn should keep the baby or at the very least have the baby. You see way too many young girls now days who want to have fun and have sex, but then not take the next mature step on keeping the baby.

I'm not saying he was wrong, i'm just saying it's a touchy subject that could lose him voters.

I was just surprised he is the one bringing it up in speaking events.

That said I am pro life as well and agree with the statement.

I don't think this is going to affect anything with his campaign. He was pro-choice before, he's pro-choice now. Everyone knows his stance. He didn't encourage 16-year olds to have children.
