How often do you come into contact with drugs? If at all? And how do you feel about them?

The other night I was just hanging out at a friends house when some of his other friends turned up. There I was, just minding my own business when one of them said "I need to do a line" and pulled out some ketamine. I swear to god, I nearly fell off my chair in shock. Its just not something thats ever been in my world. Its never occured to me to ever want to try them and I wouldnt even know how to get them if I wanted to cause I just travel in completely different circles. I alway thought it would be done discreetly, but no, she just started chopping up lines in front of me like she was distributing sweets!

I wasn't sure how to feel, I knew instantly that I wanted out of there, its just not my thing, but I felt belittled, like the goody goody at school who doesnt do anything wrong, and I resented being made to feel that way. After all, I didnt say anything about my shock at someone doing it, its their life and their choices.

Drugs no not appeal to me at all. I have never done them and if im hanging out with some friends and someone pulls something out i just leave or walk away.

I'll smoke weed on a rare occasion, but really nothing more. A few weeks ago I went to a party, and people were doing coke lines crazy. I was like, shit, I didn't know that existed in small town Ohio.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I so know how that feels. Being in bands and going to see bands has meant that a lot of people I know have been into drugs and were so casual about it.

I can remember once my band managed to blag a spot on a gig with the Sugar Plum Faires which was Willie Dowlings new band after Honeycrack split up. (For all musical reprobates on here, Honeycrack were one of the best bands of the 90s.) After the gig we where in the changing rooms and I was only 19 at the time and I didn't even drink at the time and I was chatting to Willie for agood hour when his roadie comes in saying 'got your tea Willie'. I turn round thinking he's gone and got a McD's or some shit and he's there with a bag of coke and mirror and he's chopping it up like he's on Ready Steady Cook or some shit. Neadless to say I made my excuses and got the hell out of there.

I don't like Drugs and I used to resent people who took drugs, but these days as long as they don't involve me in it and don't do it in presence then I couldn't give a shit. Every drug user who dies prematurley means I get to retire earlier.

I have been around marijuana before and people taking pain pills and also grinding them up and snorting them.

I have never did any of that though. It does make me feel pretty uncomfortable to be around people like that though since I have never even drank alcohol.

Pretty much everyone I know smokes weed on occasion. Some of them, all the time. Big potheads. Other then weed, I've seen plenty of pill popping, ecstacy and shit like that...

I rarely run into coke these days. It was around a lot more a year or so ago..

I've never seen anyone smoke crack. I'd probably get a laugh out of it and make fun of them.

I haven't been in contact with drugs at all. My group of friends just don't get involved with it, so we've stayed away from it luckily. One of our friends smoke cigarettes, and that's bad enough in our opinion.

I have no issue with anyone who takes them, as long as it doesen't affect those they hold a responsibility towards. If you are dropping acid and it's affecting your parenting skills, then you need to focus on what is important.

I personally am willing to try anything that isn't addictive. I have an addictive personality, so there are some things I won't go near. I can't smoke weed because of the whole cancer thing. It's just kind of scary when you see people who have crossed the line between using for fun, and having to use to function. I would never want to go there.
