Shortly after becoming United States Champion, Mr. Kennedy promised to make a major announcement on SmackDown. Kennedy told SmackDown fans that he had beaten everybody there was to beat on the SmackDown roster and, therefore, he should head to RAW. General Manager Theodore Long, however, had other plans and reminded Kennedy there is one Superstar he has yet to defeat, Undertaker. At No Mercy, the United States Champion will face the Deadman whether he likes it or not. Will Mr. Kennedy prove he is as good as he says he is? Or will Undertaker put Mr. Kennedy in his place?
