He could have a tougher time establishing a rhythm this week against the Colts' top-ranked pass defense.

Peyton Manning's efficiency: Despite having the ball for less than 15 minutes against the Dolphins, Manning was still able to throw two touchdown passes and help the Colts put up 27 points. While Arizona does not run the ball-control-type offense that Miami does, the Cardinals are explosive and Manning may have to post big numbers again for Indianapolis to win.

The Colts' energy level: Though it won Monday night, Indianapolis still endured a physical battle against Miami -- especially defensively. The Cardinals, meanwhile, were able to generally coast against Jacksonville after taking a big early lead. Will the Colts have enough in the tank on defense to deal with the rested and high-powered Arizona offense?
