Streaks
Philadelphia has won two consecutive games against the Chiefs to seize a 3-2 overall series lead.

Last week
Eagles QB Kevin Kolb threw for 391 yards in his first career start, but his three interceptions and the inability of the defense to stop Drew Brees resulted in a 48-22 loss to the Saints. ... The Chiefs fell victim to a late Raiders rally and dropped a 13-10 decision at home to their AFC West rivals.

Keep your eye on ...

Matt Cassel's decision-making: In his first start as a Chief last week, Cassel put up some solid numbers, but was undone by two costly interceptions. The Eagles have a playmaking secondary and lead the league with six interceptions. Cassel will need to be very judicious with the ball and avoid mistakes against a Philadelphia defense that is fueled by creating turnovers.

Larry Johnson's big-play ability: Through two weeks, the former Pro Bowl running back has averaged only 2.8 yards per carry and had a long rush of just 10 yards. The Chiefs used to be able to count on Johnson to break a big run seemingly every game and they will need him to find that second gear vs. an Eagles run defense that was shaky against the Saints last week.

Who plays for the Eagles' offense: McNabb, Brian Westbrook and DeSean Jackson are all dealing with injuries this week and their status for Sunday's game is uncertain. Additionally, Michael Vick is back from suspension and eligible to play in his first regular-season game since 2006. Philadelphia used a lot of Wildcat formations last week and it could be more of the same this week with Vick in the fold and the injuries at the skill positions.

Did you know?
The Eagles are 3-1 at Arrowhead Stadium. ... Philadelphia has won three of its last four against the AFC West. ... The Chiefs have lost seven straight home games. ... Kansas City P Dustin Colquitt is fourth in the NFL with a 43.5 yard net average.
