Streaks
The Packers have won three of the last four meetings to knot the overall series at 5-5.

Last week
Cincinnati was the victim of a miraculous 87-yard touchdown by the Broncos with only 11 seconds left that resulted in a 12-7 loss. ... Despite struggling for most of the game, Packers QB Aaron Rodgers came up big when it counted most, connecting with Greg Jennings on a 50-yard touchdown pass to give the Packers a 21-15 win over the Bears.

Keep your eye on ...

The Bengals' mental toughness: Cincinnati will be challenged not to allow last Sunday's heartbreaking loss against Denver to linger. The Bengals lost a hard-fought opener to the Ravens in 2008 and wound up dropping eight games in a row to start the year. They cannot afford to let Sunday's loss snowball into something more.

Palmer's comfort level: Before throwing for 69 yards on the Bengals' only touchdown drive late in the fourth quarter, Palmer had been unable to muster anything against the Broncos. He is working his way back from an elbow injury that cost him 12 games last season and a sprained ankle that kept him out for most of the preseason, which may explain the Week 1 effort. His job gets no easier vs. a Packers defense that had four interceptions last week.

The Packers' pass protection: Thought to be a potential strength prior to the season, Green Bay's offensive line was very shaky against the Bears in Week 1. Rodgers was sacked four times and RT Allen Barbre was routinely beaten by Chicago's Adewale Ogunleye. Look for the Bengals to try and exploit Barbre with speedy pass rusher Robert Geathers and disrupt the Packers' timing.

Did you know?
Chad Ochocinco needs 6 yards to become the first Bengal to reach 9,000 career receiving yards. ... Cincinnati has won four in a row against the NFC North. ... Aaron Kampman has 37 sacks since 2006, the third most in the league over that span. ... Ryan Grant has 100-plus rushing yards in four of his past six games at home.
