For WWE, MITB would have my pick. Two lackluster MITB's that made me forget that MITB's used to be great, a disappointing Mysterio match and just a general waste of money.

    TNA Genesis:
    - Morely vs Daniels (with Morely going over)
    - 2/3 falls divas mach
    - Waltman replacing a drugged out Hall
    - Angle vs Styles, with OMG SCREWJOB (Angle: "I don't need this shit, I can go back to WWE")

    Against All Odds:
    - Foley vs Abyss garbage match
    - 3D vs Nastys
    - Anderson vs Abyss
    - Pretty much all the matches went as long as Cody vs Kofi from last weeks SD and none of them were as good (and Cody vs Kofi wasnt the 20th best SD match this year)

    Destination X:
    - MCMG vs Bucks circus act
    - Band vs Nash/Young Russo-fest
    - Styles vs Abyss complete with post-match comedy

No WWE PPV this year was as bad as any of them.

TBF, the screwjob happened on the impact after, AJ simply aligned with Flair on the PPV.

I forgot, but still, it had a screwy finish after about 10 minutes of finishers.

I'm going with Bragging Rights here. Started out really strongly but then went off a cliff with the second match and kept falling until the show finished.

Most of them have had another two or three decent matches on the card to save it a little. Bragging Rights had a great opener and then followed it up with some of the worst matches of the year. If you only seen the first match, you'd think it was a quality PPV, whereas if you seen everything except the first match you'd think it was the worst PPV ever aired. I dont think any other PPV has had that effect.
