It's hard to think of LeBron's ceiling being any higher, but since he's only 21, you sort of have to assume it is.
But to be fair, I'd say Dwayne has what it takes to put up similar numbers in a game. He's a pretty consistent triple-double threat, and he's put up 40+ a whole bunch of times already in his career.
I didn't think it'd ever be possible to imagine a guy averaging a triple double for an entire season since the Big O but LeBron could be that guy. D-Wade as you said also..
I think Jason Kidd could do it but it wouldn't be as impressive seeing as he'd prolly only manage to get 16ppg.
