Anyone see this? I only saw the highlights. The winning dunk came when Nate Robinson of the Knicks, who is listed at 5'9, but is probably about 5'7 in actuality, jumped over Spud Webb, caught a pass from Webb in mid-air and dunked it.
That wasn't anywhere close to the best dunk of the night. Andre Iguodala of the 76ers had one of the sickest dunks I've ever seen. Allen Iverson was standing behind the backboard, with Iguodala basically in the crowd behind the basket. Iguodala started running toward the basket, and Allen Iverson threw the ball off the back of the backboard, Iguodala jumped up, caught it, ducked his head under the basket and did a reverse dunk. wow.
I'll try to find video of it. It's fucking incredible. In the words of Bill Simmons, "It nearly caused a riot"

I watched the dunk contest,AI jrs dunk was unreal,he actually bumped his eye on the 1st attempt.nates dunks looked great because of his height.AI should have saved the behind the backboard dunk, because every dunk he did after I think was compared to that one.Overall it was a pretty good contest.
The dunk contest sucks now, remember when they used to take like 1 or 2 dunks? Now they take like 20 attempts, not to mention that alot of players have no interest in competing in it.

So many people complain about the Dunk Comp, but it's the one basketball event all year I get psyched to watch. And this year's competition was, again, a lot of fun.
I agree Iguodala had the two nicest dunks of the night (don't forget that behind-the-back oop!), but you can't really take much away from a guy who's 5'7 and dunking like that.
I still want to know what happened with Josh Smith.
Thats makes sense, whoever was the 2nd person from the right kept looking at everyone else score before he would post his.Someone also changed AIs last dunk, which I think would have won the contest for him,not sure if it was the same guy.
