| Is LeBron James the NBA's best player? I'm beginning to think he is at this point. I wanted to hold off because he's still only 20-years old. I can't believe this kid is younger then me, scary. But yeah, look at his line tonight. He had 43 points, 12 rebounds, 11 assists, and 4 blocks. Who else has lines like that? Not Kobe, not Duncan, not anyone. I heard an interview the other dy with Oscar Robertson saying he thinks LeBron is the only guy (other then himself) that could ever average a triple double for an entire season. People will bring up Duncan and his rings.. Don't get mewrong, Duncan is outstanding, but he does have Parker, Ginobli, and a host of role players to help him out. I think LeBron is making his case strong this year. He might even win an MVP at age 20? That's crazy! Thoughts? | |||||||||||||||

| I really dont like basketball AT ALL, but I always stop on a Sunday afternoon if the Cavs are on tv. I really enjoy watching LeBron play. I would still say that overall right now today.......there are players out there that are better like Kobe and Garnett, but if you asked me who I would want on my team tomorrow and for the future, everyone but a retarded monkey would pick LeBron. Blitz, if you could look it up I would be interested to see how LeBrons stats match up to Kobe's in the middle of his 3rd year (3rd year right?). We cant do it with Jordan because he was still in college. Isnt that crazy? Imagine how good the NBA will be in a few years when all these kids hit 27-32 years old. Talk about watching some talent..... Man, I really wish the Celtics were better...... | |

| I think LeBron is definitely top 5, maybe top 3, and possibly #1. He's just amazing. He just turned 21, by the way. Yeah, I'm sure LeBron's #'s absolutely blow away anyone else's at 21 years old. That draft class is gonna go down as one of the best ever, especially at the top #1 - LeBron #3 - Carmelo #4 - Bosh #5 - Wade #6 - Chris Kaman (averaging 11.3 ppg, 9.3 rpg) #7 - Hinrich #8 - TJ Ford #10 - Mikael Pietrus (11 points per game this season) #14 - Luke Ridnour (11.4 ppg, 6.7 apg) #18 - David West (16.8 ppg, 7.8 rpg) #21 - Boris Diaw (12.0 ppg, 6.6 rpg, 5.8 apg) #29 - Josh Howard #51 - Kyle Korver That's basically all the players who've significantly contributed to their teams. I'm actually surprised to see that Chris Kaman is averaging almost 10 rebounds a night. This just makes Darko look like an even bigger bust... | |||||||||||||||

| Some people won't give LeBron the title as "best" just yet because they haven't seen him produce in the playoffs, but to think he won't.. I don't buy it. This kid will do the same things he's doing right now I believe. Here's a quick Kobe/LeBron comparison for this season.. LeBron James: 31,2 PPG, 7 RPG, 6.6 APG Team Record: 31-21 Kobe Bryant: 35 PPG, 5.4 RPG, 4.4 APG Team Record: 26-26 Now, you can argue that Kobe is a better defender then James but this comparison is very close.. And LeBron is a lot younger and has a lot less experience.. If LeBron isn't better then Kobe now, he will be. | |||||||||||||||
