So now the
agent for Fransisco Liriano is saying that the Twins are intentionally keeping him down in AAA so he doesn't get to his 3 years of MLB Service for arbitration. That it has
nothing to do with the fact that they've no room for him on the MLB roster at this point unless they dump Bonser or Hernandez whom they aren't keen on releasing. However two weeks ago I read in the Star Tribune that Liriano himself said he was
ecstatic to be in AAA and was willing to
earn his spot in the MLB rotation. He also said "It was my spot to lose in April and I lost it."
So the agent filed a complaint with the Player's Union to investigate into why the Twins haven't called him up. When his client is perfectly happy where he is.
