when they have to start Lugo, Varitek, and Crisp. The three of them.. I didn't think they could be any worse than they were last year, no.. they've been 10 TIMES worse.. I don't care if Varitek is this "team leader".. he fucking sucks. He single handedly cost the Red Sox the game this evening. He didn't block the plate when Giambi was rounding third, he let a pass ball go by later on in the game that was costly, and then when the Sox had Mariano on the ropes with the bases loaded in the 9th, he fucking pops up! He's scum. He's old, he's broken down.. GET HIM THE FUCK OFF THE TEAM.
Hey man don't doubt ya team its still early in the season they can get hot and win the ws again even though they not cause the Rays gonna take it from worst to champs.
They're not my team, really.. I just watch a lot of the games because I live in Connecticut and all my friends are huge Sox fans. sometimes I become a little attached.. they are like my American League team, if you want to call it that.. I still support the Braves over everyone.

I support one team from the AL & NL, and those are the Red Sox and Braves. The problem with the Braves, is they don't have any good pitchers & closers atm (except Jurrjens & Hudson). Glavine's injured and possibly could retire after this season and Smoltz might not be playing baseball anymore after his surgery. Also, Bobby Cox has ran out of steam of managing a team that was from worst to first back in 1991 and winning the WS in 1995. If either Glavine or Smoltz retire, they should take up as pitching coach. As for Cox, I don't think he has one more season in him.

You can't predict the teams going in the World Series Blitz. As what Markus said, it's early in the season, and we'll know by the end of who's gonna playing in the playoffs. Also, you can't hate on the Red Sox because they made errors lately, every team has bad games once in awhile even when they're on a losing streak. It's not the end of the team's season.

I would also like to see Cox retire. He doesn't deserve the product this piece of shit ownership is putting out on the field. Can you believe this asshole GM thought sending Francouer to the minors was a good idea? I can't take it anymore.. I hope people stop attending the games entirely so the team has to relocate again.
As for the Sox, I stand by my original post. They need to getter better asap at Short especially.. Why aren't they just playing Lowry? The kid has the makings of a star.
I think the Sox will most likely make the playoffs, though.
Jeff Francouer didn't deserve to be sent to the minors. If the team does relocate, then what's the point in being a fan in baseball? The Braves in the ATL gave them 14 Division Championships from 1991-2005 and appeared in 5 World Series. With straight 14 Div. Championships, there's no way Braves are relocating.
