Dude threw a no-hitter yesterday. And it wasnt one of those bullshit "AJ Burnett walks 10 guys in 1 game" no-hitters. This was legitimate domination of an opposing line-up. 2 walks, 9 Ks.
And, of ocurse, the story is made better when considering that he's a cancer survivor.
Obviously, as a Yankees fan I dont want to see the Red Sox win, but I can appreciate a nice story when I see one. Congrats to Mr. Lester.
Hopefully the 130 pitches he threw makes his arm tired for his next start...
