The only thing worth noting here is that I've taken Washington over LeBron and the Cavs. With Arenas back and playing at a high level, the Wizards have three legit all-stars. LeBron is the best player in the league, but his team is awful.



West

Denver vs LA - LA in 6
Dallas vs New Orleans - New Orleans in 7
San Antonio vs Phoenix - Phoenix in 6
Utah vs Houston - Utah in 6

I like the Nuggets to give LA a little bit of trouble with Iverson and Melo lighting up the scoreboard, but it won't be enough..Denver plays little defense. I don't like where the Spurs are headed right now. I think they're old and they got the worst possible first round match-up, a team that's hungry and in search for revenge. Shaq will be the difference. I like New Orleans over Dallas because the Hornets are a real team.. led by the amazing Chris Paul. Dallas was thrown together and haven't worked out all the kinks yet.

Well, Im not going to go in depth about the playoffs, all I can say just from watching the Spurs/Suns game yesterday is I really hate the Spurs. Also im not near as excited for the Raptors playoff chances as I was 4 months ago, what the hell happened to them? The best shooter on the team whos getting payed 5 mill is getting no plays ran for him at all now.

Shocked to see the Pistons lose tonight, but that's always the risk they run with how they manage the game. They always keep everyone within arms reach and tonight it came back to bite them when the Sixers got hot.

I still see Detroit cruising though. this was a wakeup call.

Detroit has been on "coast" mode the past couple of weeks because they locked up second seed a while back. A lot of bench players were getting more court time, and as a result, as Blade said it's a "wakeup call".

No biggie..but let's get this on track.

Fuck.. I was expecting a lot more out of this first round. The Suns have blown two close games in San Antonio and are in danger of not even making this a series.. Could I see them winning both games in Phoenix? Sure. but one slip up and they're toast. It's too bad. I hate the Spurs and I hate watching them play.

New Orleans is awesome. Chris Paul is awesome. I'd love to see them put Dallas away early. Paul might be the prettiest player in the NBA.

Boston won in another route. Who's surprised? I just hope Pierce is ok.
