I know he's the not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but listen to your coach when he says your team got dominated.

He just realized going off on the refs wasn't helping so he would try a different approach tonight and blame the team. You can't get shots if you are constantly being interfered with coming out of your own zone which makes generating any kind of attack next to impossible. Not to mention the blatant elbow that went without a call that would have had San Jose sitting in the penalty box during that second goal. I am not saying the Flames played great tonight or that they were the better team but the number of no calls San Jose have been getting since that second game is pathetic.

Still the Flames have been the better team in the series as a whole and are still in a good position though so I am not concerned. Like usual Thornton is a playoff nobody and Nabokov has been pathetic when he needs to be huge for the Sharks. Clowe has been the only players on that team that has actually decided to come play some playoff hockey.

Any Canucks get a hole in one yet BTW? Or are they waiting to hit the links until everybody knows what their job status is going to be for the next season?

Man, you're in more denial than that weirdo in your avatar. If Thornton's got some swagger now going into Game 5, you know you're toast. But it is fun to see you go off on the refs again, just like old times.

To be honest, even though it goes against every moral fibre of my being (as well as my SCF prediction), I found myself pulling for the Flames a bit tonight. That's not to say I didn't laugh out loud when they collapsed at the end -- just that I think they play with a style that would make any series interesting. Sarich's hit on Marleau was other-worldly.

Well a lot of Canucks fans started cheering for them after what Iginla and the rest of the team did with Linden so it isn't such a bad year to go against your normal instincts to hate them

Its pretty neat that the Bruins have taken the Habs to game 7 of round 1, but to be completely honest I wont get all that excited even if they win the Stanley Cup.

I would be happy for my city and the fans that have followed the sport, but I have been so out of hockey due to the Bruins having the worst owner in professional sports that I vowed to stop watching them until he is gone.

I really WANT to like hockey again (it was my favorite sport to watch from when I was like 8 years old to about 23 years old) but I just CAN'T support that fag Jeremy Jacobs.

So yeah, just wanted to get that out there so people know that I genuinely love the Pats, Sox and C's and not just a bandwagon guy.
