Proof that you can't just throw a bunch of 20-point scorers together and expect them to win. You need everyone on the team to play a role, and these guys don't know what the hell they're doing.. Even if they weren't selfish, their games don't piece together to make it work. You mentioned how you'd love to see Rose in New York, that'd be a great start to rebuilding the franchise, but they need to get all of these contracts off the team. Marbury, Q, Curry, Crawford, Randolph..all need to go. Their all nutcases and/or horrible team players.
You guys have obviousally never seen Derby County play Football (Soccer to you).
Are they just bad as far as talent/gameplay goes? Or is there some sort of organizational dysfunction?
The article above is about a horribly mismanaged team with horrible decision makers at the top of the organization (starting from the owner on down) and selfish, overpaid players on the team.

The article above is about a horribly mismanaged team with horrible decision makers at the top of the organization (starting from the owner on down) and selfish, overpaid players on the team.
At the start of the season it was a suprise if the kept the score down to about 5-0, it was a miracle when they actually scored a goal.
As for the organizational dysfunction, well, have you ever seen a headless chicken? Imagine eleven of them & you have Derby County.
