Now that Jason Kidd (starting PG in the East) has been traded to the Western Confrence Mavs. Anyone think that Stern could fill his spot with Raptors PG Jose Calderon? No one in the east at point guard even comes close to Kidd did in the east in terms of Triple double threat. But Calderon is actually averaging more points then Kidd and about 2 less assists per game.
Its possible >_>

Who cares about name value, he's shooting over 50%, one of hte best assist to turnover ratio, he has 20 double doubles on the season, he averages over 8 assists a game and over 20 points...he's one of the best point guards in the league.

Absolutely.
Since Ford went down, Calderon has been playing unbelievable basketball -- and it's not just me being a Raptors fan. Since then, he's practically been averaging a double-double, his shooting percentage is well over .500 (compared to Kidd's .360 or something), his free throws are up over .900, and his assist-to-TO ratio is almost unheard of.
