Dog Fights are HUGE IN THE SOUTH. Most breeding houses and fight locations are IN THE COUNTRY AREA rather than the citys. Most of the major people in dog fighting are WHITE not black. Dak you don't here about it because it is extremely underground for the serious ones and it is big money. Dog Fights have their own personal task force. In other words, it does not just get announced and talked about all over.

As for Pedro he was in a country that it was perfectly legal in, so meh. I dont like it but not illegal.
