now why the hell would you want to trade Shawn "Mr. Fill up the box score" Marion for over the hill Shaq who can not get up and down the floor? It doesn't fit the Suns game plan at all..

It makes about as much sense as trading Pau "20 points 10 rebounds" Gasol for Kawame Brown, I highly highly doubt the Suns will trade for O'Neal with his age and contract. We all know how the Suns deal with spending money.

Why trade Shawn Marion? He's in the last year of his contract, and has reportedly not been to happy in Phoenix, why not get something for him? I don't know how well Shaq will do so I won't say it's a bad trade, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen.

I know, it does scare me .. he'd be tired within his first 3 minutes, and if it did happen, it could possibly go down as one of the worst trades ever .. but the one time I see Shaq Daddy wearing PHX purple, I'll be in awe .. but I know Matrix would be TERRRIBLY missed.

I'm hoping, if it did happen, that another guard would be brought in with Shaq considering I'm sure Phoenix won't be that stupid to trade away their most overall stats getter for an weathering/injury riddin' superstar.

I heard of Smush being added to this supposed deal, but if not I would KILL to see Ricky Davis (who is being extremely poorly used in Miami) considering how pumped I was to see him go to a "contender" .. but who knows.

Shaq's going for a medical tomorrow and if passes, it could very well happen this week ..
