I'm watching the Pats/Dolphins game and it's so obvious that Brady and Moss are trying to pad their stats to make their seasons look 'more' incredible.. if that's even possible. They are up 28-0 in the middle of the 3rd quarter and on the last two drives Brady has been doing nothing but attempting to throw the ball down field to Moss, both possessions resulting in interceptions. Why are they even risking these two of an injury? Do you think Jerry Rice would be playing right now? Do you think Manning woudl be playing right now? You know how many more TDs both of them would have gotten if they did? NFL records are for the most part, meaningless. We get it Brady... you and Moss are a great combo. Now sit on the bench. | |

Its funny to, when you look back at the 1987 49ers scores for the year they almost mirror the regular season scores of the Patriots outside of the two losses (one of which was a player strike game I believe). Brady and Moss certainly compair well to Montana/Rice, no one is questioning that there great players. but I just think its weird they feel the need to go out of there way to get a cosmetic stat next to there name. Like I've said in the SB it just seems like Self Esteem problems from Spy gate. I think Blade sumed it up well with "we get it" | |
