Rep Power: 78   | Blueprint to beat the Pats Freak and I were discussing this in the NFL in-season thread and low and behold pretty much what we agreed on was what the Eagles did to stay in the game with New England last night. * Mix up the defense & blitz packages, pressure on Brady * Rough up Moss. Lito did a great job covering him all night with safety help. * Inside routes. The Eagles passing offense tore up the middle of the field all night. Course.. you need solid personnel at these positions to make it work, so which teams do you think could do these things effectively enough to actually beat the Pats? Freak mentioned the Packers already. | |

I wouldn't say nobody has the tools to do it.. There's obviously more talented teams than the Eagles. The Pats were far from playing at their best but if they were playing like that against a better team, they would have lost. I'm interested to see what Bill will do to correct their issues. | ||
