I cannot even fathom how the Lakers could get equal value for him. I don't think they can, but it sounds more likely then ever that these two are parting ways, but before/if they do..

What do you think is the best deal they could get for him?

the only way is to get expiring contracts, and clear cap space, and hope to sign people to the team.

Well they can't even make a trade until Dec. 15 they have most of their cap locked up in Erick Dampier and free agents

I don't know anything about basketball salaries, but could Boston deal Pierce for him? I guess they don't really have any picks left.
