The Chicago Cubs
Obviously the Tribune company is selling the cubs, and the new owners main goal will be to make the Cubs a championship team. However, one looming question... What of Wrigley? Yes, I've been there, the atmosphere is amazing, but the stadium, to be blunt, is a pile of shit. Do you renovate, or rebuild?

I would never ask a fan of a different city. Its so hard to get the feel of the city without being there and knowing what they want.

What I can say though is that its similar to the Boston situation. They are the two oldest ballparks still being used or not being setup for destruction in the near future for that matter.

Both parks have a few things in common.

Legendary area and the area NEEDS their team there to flourish. Location is everything.

Too Small.

Best parks going though.

Its a tough call. I cant even try to get a Red Sox ticket without having to spend at least 150% of the face value. Tickets are essentially impossible to get. I havent gone to a single game yet this year.

I wouldnt mind seeing the Sox going into a bigger ballpark, but the thing is so many teams are building smaller parks instead of bigger ones.
