Re: NFL In-Season Discussion

I'm not suprised by the week at all except for the play of the Browns. I wasn't expecting that at all. I predicted the Cards and Texans both to win. Seattle is too inconsistant, I can see them only going 9-7 and I don't trust the Panthers at all either..

Not surprised by Detroit. I knew the offense would be good, still.. they'll be at best 8-8.

Detroit's offense wasn't even good; they turned the ball over 5 times. If they weren't up against the worst offense in the NFL, there's no way they'd have won that game.

Re: NFL In-Season Discussion

I meant they are 5th in the league in total offense. Kitna got injured and O'Sullivan threw two picks.

Re: NFL In-Season Discussion

Still, as a Packers fan in the same division, I'm not worried about the Lions whatsoever.

By the way: I don't know what it is about Andy Reid, but when he calls a bad game (and he called a fucking stinker tonight), you can really, really tell. I don't blame Eagles fans one bit for wanting him gone after tonight's game... how he can keep throwing 65-70% of the time, game after game, when his running back is averaging 6+ yards a carry, is beyond me.

Re: NFL In-Season Discussion

I wouldnt be worried about the Lions either. In fact, if I were the Pats or Colts I wouldnt be worried about the entire NFC. It sucks. Glad the Niners are 2-0 but can they please move the fucking ball a little? Ranked 32nd, dead last in total offense. Its a miracle they have 2 wins.

Andy Reid has always been overrated in my mind. The Eagles NEVER win a big game. They got to the Super Bowl and then with the game on the line couldnt get their heads out of their asses to move the ball.

Re: NFL In-Season Discussion

I do not know what the fuck is wrong with Andy Reid. I'd be pissed as an Eagles fan. Brian Westbrook, whereas he does need some sheltering, needs to also be let loose a helluva alot more than he is

Yes and no. I was suprised that the Saints didn't put up more points but I wasn't surprised with how effective the Bucs were. NFC sucks.

Re: NFL In-Season Discussion

NFC does suck, but I do think it is getting better..

We have the cowboys, 49ers are looking good, the cards, give the bears a o and they would be great, saints, maybe the redskins, packers, Lions. Idk, in a few years, seems like all of these teams will grow to be great football teams. So there is hope for the nfc imo.

Re: NFL In-Season Discussion

San Fransisco looks good? At 190.0 YPG They look Good? They maybe 2-0 but from what I've seen they look atrocious. And I think it's well-established that the AFC is better than the NFC, but it's the law of things, It wasn't too long ago that the NFC was the dominant conference
