NFL - 2007/2008 Sleeper Team?

Every year, the NFL has atleast one team that isn't supposed to go anywhere make a huge impact.. Last year it was the Saints.. Now it's a new year, and a lot of teams look like they can do well..

The Detroit Lions - I don't see them making the play offs, but so far there Offense looks great.. Definatly a 7-9 or an 8-8 team..

The Green Bay Packers - They're in a bad division, and this could be Brett's last year.. The only thing I'm worried about them with is there running game... I doubt Morency can carry them, but I can see them winning there division.

idance.

Re: NFL - 2007/2008 Sleeper Team?

Really? Over the Bears? I don't know but I could see the Packers going 9-7 and making a run at a wild card..

I'd love to pick my Niners as a sleeper team but with everyone quickly jumping on the bandwagon it's hard to call them a sleeper..

I'll take the Dolphins. They still have a lot of talent on that roster and there aren't a lot of people talking about them.. The whole division is Pats, Pats, Pats, and some Jets talk.

Do the Rams count as a sleeper? I think they're going to bounce back this year

I'm gonna say the Jets. I know, they did pretty good last year, but I think they'll keep it up. Not saying they will win the division from the Pats, but they'll get the Wild Card (again) and possibly do well in the playoffs.

The Vikings are a team to watch also. With the Running Game they have it should open up some nice things for TJack I hope. And you know the D is gonna stop the run. We'll see... And PY, Morency might not even make the final roster cut the way it looks, Brandon Jackson is pretty much gonna be the clearcut starter.

I agree. Mangini has his shit together, and they're going to keep getting better and better. NYJ scares me alot more than MIA at this point.

Im also thinking Arizona, as someone else has already posted, and I think Carolina will rebound this eyar.

Well, based on the mile-high dropoff after Morency on the depth chart, I'd say he's a stone-cold lock to make the team.

My pick is Carolina.
