Team Jersey's

What are like with the team that you support and the jerseys, do you buy every single one that is released and then find that once a new one is released, you are out buying it and leaving the now old one hanging in your closet rarely to be worn, if ever to be worn again.

That is a description of what I am like with my team jersey's how about you guys?

Re: Team Jersey's

I still have all of my old ones because I don't throw them away, sort of like a collection... I just don't wear them.

Re: Team Jersey's

I think i've got around the past 4 seasons Sunderland away kits {2 white, 1 blue & 1 black}

Home shirts normally with Sunderland tend to stay the same for a good few seasons so i only have to buy one every few seasons.

Afterall, Sunderland aren't money grabbing, shirt releasing ****** that bring a new set of kits each season just to line their pockets.

Re: Team Jersey's

Even when Sunderland change their home kit it looks the same anyway that's why they don't change it very often Mikk lol.

Re: Team Jersey's

I buy the ones I like, and I wear them all.. the older ones just around the house, while the newers ones out and about. I prefer wearing Rugby shirts though, as the football shirts these days are too thin for my liking.

Re: Team Jersey's

Indeed football shirts are way to thin, in the winter wearing two at one time still doesn't keep you warm, where as my Wigan Warrior's shirt is very thick.

Re: Team Jersey's

I used to like them and buy them from around 88 to the mid 90's, but haven't bought one for some time now.

The team is crap now (which is one reason) but the tops aren't as nice either.

The only sports top I want at the moment is the British Lions Rugby Union top but I'll hold on till nearer the 2009 tour when the new one is released.

Re: Team Jersey's

If you would have completed that sentence by saying 'British Lion Rugby League top' I would have repped but hey never mind I guess.
