No Quinn..... To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. ? and I suppose I'm inclined to agree, though I think Garcia will do 2 or 3 spots better in Tampa then what they have him at.

Looks about Right. I am partial to Brady in the top slot, but I don't feel like starting a big homer arguement. haha. I would also move Vick way down. He sucks.
Alex Smith at 25 behind guys who've never really started in the league? That's bullshit. He started to put some things together last year, it's not too far fetched that he'll improve again this year. fuck.
For me, the biggest injustice is Jeff Garcia. After the season he had last year, I'd move him up about ten spots on that list. Also, Vince Young is way, way too high.
Alex Smith definitely showed promise last year, but he's still the kind of guy who has a huge monkey to get off his back. If he improves again this year, I think you'll see him a lot higher on these lists next year -- but for now, I don't blame people for having low expectations again.
As for the rest of the list, it's bothering me more and more (which I'm sure is what Peter King was going for).
I'm a huge Niners advocate going into the season, don't get me wrong. Frank Gore is easily my favourite running back in the league (until Brandon Jackson takes over, that is), and Darrell Jackson is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered for that offense (like, so exactly I can't even think of a stronger word than exactly!).
BUT, Alex Smith is still a guy under immense pressure, and also a guy remembered by some as having played like absolute dogshit in his rookie year. I do believe he'll outperform that low ranking, but some people just need to see a bit more from him, that's all.
(That said, what has anybody fucking seen about Matt Schaub, besides preseason?)
