thinking Tom Dogg !! I need some MLB help

Ok, so my fantasy team is sliding down the shitter and I am the defending champ.

So last night, in a last ditch effort to start scoring some mad points I potentially sabotaged my future for 2007.

14 team league with a 300 cap I traded Carlos Beltran ($92) and Hunter Pence ($2, who can be held over for 4 more years) for Vlad Guerrero (96) and Jermaine Dye (9).

Now what I am basically looking for stat wise is guys that traditionally heat up after the all-star break. After trading for Dye I looked at his situational stats and noticed May and June are traditionally his best months.

I did that trade to get the high priced albatross of Beltran off my roster. He was killing my team.

So here is the rest of my team. Let me know where you think some tweaking could be in order and perhaps some targets. I value your baseball opinion alot, so it would be much appreciated.

I consider myself a baseball guru, but for some reason anything I touch this season turns to shit. If you look at my roster in a 14 team league you would think I would be better than 4-6-1 for sure (yes I tied once)

Re: Tom Dogg !! I need some MLB help

Well, I've always been big on the "Buy Low, Sell High" theory. Like, I try to give away guys who've outperformed expectations for established players who have been slumping.

So, for instance, I just made a trade in which I sent Matt Holliday (absolutely killing the ball...will end the year with good numbers, but will probably slow down) and Troy Glaus (batting .294 after batting around .250 for like 8 straight years...which means he'll probably bat .200 here on out) for Lance Berkman (monster numbers almost every year) and Garrett Atkins (who just came around after an awful start).

Like, I got good production out of Holliday and Glaus, so when they inevitably go on slumps, it'll be
