Nice to see you do another one of these... I agree with you on Russell going 1st over Quinn, Tampa is a toss up and really depends if we want to take up our struggling and aging defense or add more depth to WR position.

Johnson would be a great shot for the Bucs, but I still think Jamal Anderson out of Arkansas is a choice...Alan Branch wouldn't be bad either...

This looks like a top heavy draft to me at this point. A lot of great talent available. You have the two (perhaps three or four if you count Brian Brohm and Troy Smith) top picks in Brady Quinn and JaMarcus Russell. Then you have the top receiver in Calvin Johnson. The top back in Adrian Peterson (if he declares).

That's not even counting the top OL in Joe Thomas...or the defensive side of the ball

a. Quinn sucks
b. My friend knows Peterson personally, and Adrian has told him for the last three years that he will go pro after his junior year, and recently has been no different.

Adrian declared that's old ass news. He can't back out now Brian Brohm said he's staying for his senior year so he's not in this draft, and CP I'm afraid you've got the right number(10) but the wrong guy, Quinn does not suck. Smith on the other hand has a little ways to go before he is even a day one pick in my mind. He's gotta couple issues to work out before I even see him as a day one pick a.) his height if it wasn't evident in the NTG it was clearly evident in the Senior Bowl. b.)Play Recog. He needs to read the defense not just assume.

The only one I disagree with on the list. Casey Hampton is a multiple Pro Bowler and excellent DT. Mike Tomlin is keeping the defense the way it is in a 3-4 with a little touch of Cover 2. If he doesn't get results then he will switch it to a new defense.

I would say the Steelers will draft a Corner.

But that's the thing about Amobi, at his current weight he would be a smallish NT in a base 34 but with his athleticism he'd be almost a perfect end. Add to that the fact that the Steelers don't have very many glaring weaknesses that need to be addressed with a first-round pick and Okoye is too good to pass up
