Southampton maintained their push for promotion with two late goals to claim the points at QPR.

Grzegorz Rasiak prodded home his 17th goal of the season from close range on 81 minutes after QPR keeper Simon Royce fumbled Gareth Bale's corner.

Former Saints striker Dexter Blackstock thought he had levelled, but his joy was cut short by the referee's whistle.

In injury time, Bradley Wright-Phillips sealed the points by easing into the box to score past the exposed Royce.
