Gray glad to end poor Quakers run

Darlington assistant manager Martin Gray was relieved to see his side beat Peterborough 3-1 - ending a run of eight straight defeats.

"We have been waiting for this for a long time," Gray said.

"The bad run we have had has gone on too long and it is a great feeling to get back to winning ways, especially after going 1-0 down.

"We were playing a side with a lot of experience and who have spent a lot of money and we bounced back well."
