2Slick Moderator Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Syracuse NY Posts: 431 vCash: 500 Rep Power: 4	Blue Jackets put Nash, Westcott on injured reserve list COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The Columbus Blue Jackets placed left-winger Rick Nash on injured reserve Thursday due to a back injury and said defenceman Duvie Westcott will be sidelined indefinitely because of a concussion. Nash, injured Friday night against Anaheim, is tied for the club lead with 13 goals and ranks second with 17 assists and 30 points. He is listed as day-to day. Westcott has four goals and six assists in 23 games. He was hurt during a 5-2 loss to San Jose on Saturday night. The Blue Jackets also recalled left-winger Alexandre Picard and defenceman Derrick Walser from Syracuse of the AHL. Picard has appeared in seven games with the Blue Jackets this season.
