GLASGOW, Scotland (AP) - Defending champion Hearts, 2006 finalist Gretna and league leader Celtic all scored emphatic victories Saturday in the third round of the Scottish Cup.

Hearts, which beat Gretna on penalties in last season's final, won 4-0 at Stranraer, led by a hat-trick from striker Andrius Velicka. Forward Roman Bednar scored the last in the 79th.

Gretna won 3-0 at Clyde on goals from David Graham, Eric Paarpalu, and Colin McMenamin.

Poland striker Maciej Zurawski scored two goals in the first nine minutes as league champion Celtic beat League Three side Dumbarton 4-0. Netherlands striker Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink scored with an easy tap-in in the 43rd before Derek Riordan added the last in the 69th.

Chris Templeman scored twice as Division Two leader Morton came from behind to upset Premier League side Kilmarnock 3-1.

Four first-half goals helped put Inverness through to the fourth round with a 6-1 win over Division Two side Stirling Albion.

Craig Dargo scored two - including a 25-yard chip in the 41st - while Dennis Wyness, Roy McBain, Barry Wilson, and Alan Morgan rounded out the score for Inverness. David O'Brien scored the lone goal for Stirling in the 15th.

Kevin Byers scored an injury-time goal as Brechin drew 1-1 at Cowdenbeath.

After his team led 4-1 at halftime, Graeme Watt's 61st-minute goal proved to be the winner as Deveronvale hung on to beat Elgin 5-4. Martin Johnstone scored a hat-trick for Elgin, while Steven Mackay added the fourth.

In other third-round action, Motherwell beat Division One side Airdrie 1-0, Livingstone beat Hamilton 4-2, Partick won 1-0 at Ross County, Falkirk beat Berwick 2-0, Dundee drew 1-1 with Queen of the South, and St. Johnstone and Ayr drew 0-0.

In Division Three league play, Albion Rovers beat Stenhousemuir 4-0.
