Fold a team and create an expansion

If you could fold any team and create an expansion team to replace them, who would you fold?

I would probably fold the Lions, as their best record from 2001 on has been 6-10. But since they recently built Ford Field, that isn't going to happen. Next I would fold Oakland, who hasn't had a good team since they went to the Super Bowl. There is no sign of improvement though, as they continue to finish as one of the worst teams in the league.

If I could fold the Lions I would think of an expansion team in Louisville, Kentucky. If I could fold the Raiders, I would think of an expansion team in Portland, Oregon, Las Vegas, Nevada, or Los Angeles, California.

Get rid of the Panthers, just cause I don't like them :-) No seriously, Mine would either be Oakland or Arizona, both teams suck pretty badly and have for years, and with all the teams over in the west it's kind of hard to compete...

Bring a team to LA or LV to replace the two...

First off not to be nit-picky but an NFL Franchise could never be folded at this point. moving past that, very few teams could move at this point due to leasing on stadiums, the Jets are the closest to being movable. moving past that. City desire is hard thing to predict. because as a city would you be willing to raise taxes for better equipment or do you want to be doomed like LA was from the start. moving past that. I like the NFL exactly the way it is now

P.S. I've been to Nebraska, and unless they are the Cornhuskers, they don't care about football

Same here. Moving a team to a different city isn't gonna make them play any better. You could move the Oakland Raiders to Santa Claus, Indiana and they would still suck.
