Well, the regular season has almost come to a close with only 2 weeks left to play, and it's all going right down to the wire. This week games will have a huge role in determining which seed the playoff teams will have. I will predict who will have which seed, who will win their playoff games, and eventually who will win the superbowl. Feel free to contribute and add your predictions as well.
AFC
1. San Diego (14-2), they will win their last two against Seattle and Arizona to have the best record in the NFL and in franchise history.
2. Baltimore (13-3), they will also win out (@ PIT and vs. BUF)
3. Indianapolis (12-4), they will also win out (@ HOU and vs. MIA).
4. New England (11-5), they will lose @ JAX this week (JAX D at home is just too good), but win at TEN knowing their 4th round seed is on the line.
5. Denver (10-6), they will win at home against CIN. Their defense is stout and their offense has gotten better with Cutler (as long as he doesn't turn it over). They then play San Fran at home, which should be another win.
6. New York Jets (10-6), Denver's conference record is better which is why they got the 5th seed. NYJ wins @ MIA and at home against OAK.
NFC
1. Chicago (14-2), they will win against DET and GB, I didn't put where the games are played because it doesn't matter.
2. New Orleans (11-5), NO goes into the Meadowlands and stuns the Giants on Christmas Eve. Then beats CAR at home. Picking NO over NYG was tough. After hours of thinking about it, the 8-ball told me to pick NO.
3. Dallas (11-5) , they will win a tough one at home vs. Philly, then against Detroit.
4. Seattle (9-7), they will lose at home to SD, then beat Tampa. What a sorry division.
5. Philadelphia (9-7), loss @ DAL and a win at home against the Falcons
6. Atlanta (8-8), a close win at home against a faltering Carolina team and a loss at Philly gives Atlanta the 6th seed.
